  • Our evaluations typically take 1 hour to complete. Each session after that is scheduled for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

  • We understand it can be a lot to navigate various kiddos at an appointment. We have set up our waiting area to be welcoming for all ages with toys, puzzles, and books to read. We’ve found that this set up allows for a more productive, 1 on 1 OT session, and we always welcome siblings to come in for the last few minutes so their sibling can show off the fun things we have done in OT that day!

  • We love for parents to be a part of our sessions! We like to leave this decision up to the child themself, but we also find it important to address this question from a productive lens. Each child is different!

  • Our waitlist is different at various points of the year so it’s hard to put a timeline on it! We do our best to get patients in within a timely fashion.

  • We are ONLY in network with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. If you have a different insurance carrier, we are more than happy to talk to you about our private pay rates.

  • Legally, a referral is not required for outpatient occupational therapy services, but depending on your insurance plan, some may require one. We will navigate this with you.
